Almond Lentil Patties

From "Ten Talents" From "Ten Talents"
Number of Servings: 4


    2 cups mashed lentils, cooked
    1/2 c. ground sunflower seeds
    2 cups tofu, cut in cubes
    1/2 cup finely ground almonds
    1 cup cereal flakes
    sea salt and seasonings to taste


Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Bake in hot oven on both sides, or in oiled skillet. Serve with your favorite gravy.
