4 - Chicken Breasts weighted to be 100 grams ea
1 - Kroger 3 Pepper Blend
1. Spray a crock pot or baking dish with pam
2. Season the chicken breat with your favorite seasoning, I
use Soul Food Seasoning.
3. Cover and bake the breasts until done or tender.
4. Once the breasts are done, spread the 3 pepper blend
over the breast, lightly season to your desire and return
to the oven for 15 to 20 mins or to your liking..
