Ingredients


    4 - Chicken Breasts weighted to be 100 grams ea

    1 - Kroger 3 Pepper Blend

Directions

Great HCG dish

1. Spray a crock pot or baking dish with pam

2. Season the chicken breat with your favorite seasoning, I
use Soul Food Seasoning.

3. Cover and bake the breasts until done or tender.

4. Once the breasts are done, spread the 3 pepper blend
over the breast, lightly season to your desire and return
to the oven for 15 to 20 mins or to your liking..

    Even though the recipe makes four servings, the nutrition info is for 1 serving. This was surprisingly good! A great slow cooker meal served over cauliflower "rice." - 1/24/13
