Ingredients

    Italica Plus Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Vitamins A,D,E, 1 tbsp
    2 Beef, round steak, 3 oz
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 5 dash
    Milk, 1% 1 Tbsp

Directions

Chop Onions
Heat Oil
Add Onions to oil for 3 Min
Cook Onions until lightly Brown
Add Fresh Steak
Cook 3 minutes then flip or when ready
Add other steak
Enjoy
