Introduction

A delicious fast and easy breakfast .Great to keep you full. A delicious fast and easy breakfast .Great to keep you full.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    3 tbps light cream
    1green onion cutup small
    4-5 fresh mushrooms sliced
    small tomato cut up small
    4-5 tbs. of salsa
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 tps onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1tbs .parmesan cheese
    grated cheese of your choice
    Don't have to use all this cheese

Directions

take the eggs and scramble them,then add the salt ,pepper,onion powder,garlic powder ,and the cream mix all together and pour into a fry pan that has a little oil so it won't stick.then add the green onion, sliced mushrooms,tomates.then dot with salsa sauce and sprinkle the cheese over the top.place cover just long enough to melt the cheese.fold over and cut into pieces.
