These are so fast and easy, truly delicious, and truly good for you! The recipe works with almost any fruit, or even without any, and you can substitute honey for the stevia and/or pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon to add variety. Ingredients
-
2 French Meadow "Fat Flush" sprouted whole grain tortillas (28g)
1 container (6 oz.) Fage' O% Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 drops liquid vanilla-flavor stevia, or 1 teaspoon honey
1 cup blueberries or other fruit as topping
Directions
Toast the tortillas until slightly browned and crisp by folding in half and placing in toaster, or slice them into 4's and toast in muffin cups at 450 degrees, or on foil under the broiler. Only one side needs to be toasted. Meanwhile, mix the stevia or honey and the cinnamon into the yogurt and rinse your fruit, cutting it into thin slices if necessary for easier eating. When the tortillas are toasted, spoon (or pipe) the yogurt mixture on to them and top with the berries or fruit. Enjoy!
