6 tsp Orrington farms chicken base 8 cups water 1 chicken breast diced about 30 baby carrots chopped 1 small yellow onion chopped 1 1/2 c frozen peas 1 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp dried dill weed 1 tsp garlic chopped 1 full bag Amish egg noodles
Add chicken base to water and chicken allow to boil lightly for about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add carrots to water and allow to boil for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile in a small skillet melt butter and saute onions and garlic with spices until onions are tender and mostly translucent. Take out chicken and shred with two forks. Add onion mixture to pot along with frozen peas. Bring back to a boil then add noodles and cook until noodles are done.
