1/4 C pumpkin puree (canned or home cooked)
1/2 C sugar (sucanat for calc)
1/2 C + 2T water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg (or 1 for stronger)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
pinch of ginger (optional)
To use: add syrup and milk to coffee or tea.
Counted as 10 servings, but not sure.
