1 scoop Biggest Loser protein powder (i used vanilla bean)
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tbsp lowfat vanilla yogurt
3/4-1 cup frozen fruit
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You can add some ice to change the consistency as well.
