yummy way to get your veggies in yummy way to get your veggies in
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Salad
    1 lrg carrot grated
    1 stalk celery sliced
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1/2 medium red or white mild onion sliced thin
    1/2 oz raisins
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/2 cup canned or cooked chickpeas

    Dressing
    1 Tbls tahini
    1 Tbls olive oil
    4 Tblsp cider vinegar
    1 clove diced garlic

Directions

makes 2 servings

mix first 5 ingredient in a bowl

wisk together dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour over veggies and mix well. Yum!!

Lot's of vitamins and minerals in one dish!!
