Spooky's Italian Sausage and Spinach Manicotti

Introduction

This is my version of a manicotti dish~ great for a chilly night. This is my version of a manicotti dish~ great for a chilly night.

Ingredients

    Italian Sausage 5 links squeezed out of their casings
    Barilla Manicotti 9 noodles
    Dragone Ricotta Cheese Part Skim 1 cup
    Delmonte Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup
    Onions 1 medium chopped finely
    Garlic, 1 clove crushed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Sargento Artisan Mozzarella & Provolone, 1 cup
    Olivias Baby Spinach 3 cup
    Delmonte spaghetti Sauce

Directions

Bake 45 minutes at 375

Boil Manicotti ~8-9 minutes, add a little oil to water so they don't stick together.
Brown sausage & drain on paper towels,
sautee the chopped onion until translucent, stirring in crushed garlic.
Steam baby spinach, squeeze water out~ & add to sausage, onion & garlic mixture.
Add one cup Part Skim Ricotta, & stir in one raw egg.
Stuff into boiled manicotti, layer over a bed of spaghetti sauce, cover with more sauce& top with 1 cup
Sargento Artisan Mozzarella & Provolone.

Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil, bake 45 mins,
