This is pretty yummy. Just a little peanut butter for a good flavor and that and the greek yogurt add protein. You can add a little cinnamon too if you want. This is pretty yummy.     1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup milk (2% in calcs)
    1 banana
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 container greek yogurt
    ice
    dash of cinnamon (optional)
