Muffins for bread
3/8 cup of pumpkin puree (or canned pumpkin)
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of coconut oil (needs to melted before mixing)
1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
All of the above muffins, cut into bite sized chunks
1/2 t vanilla
2/3 C coconut milk
1/2 C raisins
3 T coconut milk
1 T coconut oil
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t cloves
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t salt
Cut muffins into bite sized pieces
Blend the banana, eggs, coconut milk and vanilla.
Place the muffin chunks and raisins in an oven safe pan with a lid
Pour coconut milk mixture over the bread and stir it well.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat.
Heat until well mixed and warmed through.
