5 graham crackers
2 tblsp butter
2 tblsp brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tblsp white sugar
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 cup strawberries (chopped w/juice)
meanwhile, beat the egg whites (i use powdered) on high with lemon juice, sugar, and strawberries until super fluffy (usually 10-20 min) fold in 4 oz fat free cool whip. freeze overnight.
