Grilled chicken

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, (i lb)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Juice from half a lime
    * Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

Marinate the chicken overnight in the mixture of olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and salt.

Grill for 8 minutes each side until done.

Makes 4 servings.
