Great Grandma's Meatballs!

Number of Servings: 45

Ingredients

    5 eggs
    6 slices of white wheat bread
    Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Basil to taste.
    2 pounds of ground round.
    1 6oz tub of parmesan cheese.

Directions

Mix eggs, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Grind bread in food processor. Add to egg mixture.
Work in ground round and mix by hand until well mixed.

Heat a large sauce pan full of vegetable oil. Drop medium sized balls (about the diameter of a soup spoon and well rounded) into the pan and cook on both sides until brown and crispy on the outside.
