1 pound Laura's Lean ground beeef (8 %) 1 roll reduced fat crescent rolls 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1 cup onion, chopped 1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 4 Tbsp hot sauce 2 -8 oz can no salt added tomato sauce 1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained
Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Roll out crescent rolls into pan, pinching together the seams and making the rolls fit the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. In another pan, saute the ground beef, onion, green and red pepper, until brown and onion and peppers are soft. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and hot sauce ( add this to taste). Add beans. Pour oover crescent rolls and returm to oven for 12 minutes. Add cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Cut into 8 portions.
