Introduction

Fast, easy and super yummy Fast, easy and super yummy
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
    1 cup frozen fruit of your choice!

    *I add in some benefiber to get my fiber inake a little higher

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender (or use a stick blender) and blend until smooth mix in some fiber and drink away!

This recipe is made for one serving!
