Ingredients

    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 1/2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.50 cup
    pablano pepper, 0.13 cup
    Chicken stock, homemade or low sodium canned 1/2 cup
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1/4 cup French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 1 cup
    Lawry's season salt (1/8 tsp)
    1 Andouille Sausage (Amylu - Chicken)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp

Directions

While chopping vegies, make the rice in the chicken stock. In a skillet, brown the sausage, add the chopped onion, peppers, and cabbage. Steam or microwave the frozen green beans. Toss in the rice, beans and mix together and serve.
