Celery, raw, 1 stalk or 50 grams - minced
Scallion, raw, 1 scallion or 15 grams - minced
Roma tomato, 1 - diced
Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp
Pepper, black, 3 dash
Salt, 0.25 tsp
Red Wine Vinegar, .5 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients & mix well.
Makes for great sandwiches or topped on a bed of salad greens.
