6 oz Dry = (4 cups) cooked wide "NO YOKE" noodles
418g - 1 can salmon Wild Alaskan
8 oz (227g) mushrooms "Meijer" Stems & Pieces (Drained)
1 1/2 cup (339g) 1% cottage cheese (low-fat)
1 1/2 cup (720g) Light Sour Cream "Meijer"
1/2 cup (8 Tbls) Mayonaisse "Hellman's"
3 Tbls grated oinion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce "Meijer" (no high-frutose)
1 tsp. sea salt
1 cup (112g) Cheddar Cheese, Mild & Shredded 2% low-fat
18 crushed crackers - Triscuit Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil
In a bowl, combine the noodles, salmon, and mushrooms. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and salt; add to noodle mixture and mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle crushed crackers over the casserole.
Bake uncovered, at 350F degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
