Protein Pancakes with ground puffed Kamut

Introduction

This is a modified version of Power Oatmeal Pancakes. It's what I had on hand. This is a modified version of Power Oatmeal Pancakes. It's what I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 Egg whites,
    cup 1% low fat cottage cheese
    2 scoops 100% Whey Vanilla Protein,
    30 g or 2 cups preground (ground to a flour) Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut
    1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Put all in blender or food processor. Pulse to blend. Ladle mix on to griddle, cook until done. Makes 8 pancakes.
8 servings

Is great with 1/2 tbl nut butter.
You can add 1/2 cup pumpkin (not included into nutritional info)
