I put this together to use left over squash that was very dry. The recipe was tasty and used up the squash. I put this together to use left over squash that was very dry. The recipe was tasty and used up the squash.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Place in microwave safe covered bowl. Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes.
