Introduction(LOW CARB) 2 makes a great breakfast on the run (LOW CARB) 2 makes a great breakfast on the run
1 1/2 lbs spicy (or not) ground sausage meat
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey/chicken
2 oz low fat hard cheese
1 lg egg
1 small grated onion
lots of spices (make it as hot as you like)
Broil in oven until done, turning once.
