Introduction

These freeze well. You can make a batch on the weekend and easily toast them for a quick treat. I server them with bananas and Sugar Free Syrup, or your favorite fruit and yogurt. These freeze well. Ingredients

    2c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 tbsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3c Oat Bran
    1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
    1 tbsp Powdered Buttermilk
    1c Crushed Pineapple
    1/2 c Egg Substitute
    1 1/2c Fat Free Half and Half (or Milk)

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients. Add the egg substitute, crushed Pineapple and 1c of the milk. Add the rest of the milk slowly till you achieve the desired consistency.
Cook in a Waffle iron.
