Chicken & Mushroom

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 2 tsp
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Corn Starch, .25 cup
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup

Directions

Add one cup of broth to skillet; add onions and celery. Cook until transparent. Add mushrooms and spices and simmer approximately 10 minutes. Add 4 chicken breasts (4 oz each) on top of sauteed vegetables. Add balance of chicken broth and cook, covered, approximately 20 minutes. Remove chicken breasts. Mix corn starch with enough water to make runny paste. Bring remaining liquid in pan to a boil and stir corn starch mixture until thickened into gravy.

Serve over brown rice or whole wheat noodles (Not included in nutritional information).
