Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Turkey (light meat)
    1/2 cup Turkey (dark meat)
    1/4 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.75 oz)
    6 tbsp Chopped Onion
    1/4 cup Celery
    1/2 cup Zucchini chopped
    1.2 cup Milk, nonfat
    4 slices American Cheese, (3/4 oz)
    1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 cup Water (8 fl oz)
    4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Directions

Put all ingredients in sauce pan and heat until creamy. Serve over baked potato or rice.
