Introduction

Yummy alternative to higher carb versions. Yummy alternative to higher carb versions.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
    2/3 cup mayo
    2/3 cup sour cream
    4 tsp dry ranch salad dressing mix
    ½ cup finely chopped red onion
    ½ cup finely chopped celery

Directions

1. Thaw and drain excess water from spinach and put in bowl.
2. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Use as a vegetable dip, spread on cucumber rounds, use pork rinds to dip, etc.

  • I uploaded a picture. I changed the recipe up a bit. Used plain Greek Yogurt instead of mayo and sour cream. Tasted great. What an awesome snack that you don't have to feel bad about! Gave 3 stars because the original recipe has unnecessary added calories/fat. - 5/23/12
