Ingredients

    1 Green Bell Pepper, Coarsely Chopped & Seeded
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Coarsely Chopped & Seeded
    1 Orange Bell Pepper, Coarsely Chopped & Seeded
    1 Red Bell Pepper, Coarsely Chopped & Seeded
    2 Jalapeno Peppers - Finely Chopped & Seeded
    1 Small Jar Pimentos
    1 Cup Sliced Salad Green Olives
    1/2 Can Sliced Black Olives - 2.2 oz
    2 Cans Sliced Carrots
    1 Can Whole Corn
    1 Cup Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 Can Sliced Mushrooms (4 oz)

Directions

After chopping all the vegetables, mix the ingredients and chill over night. The longer is sets, the better it is.
