Whole wheat beef stroganoff

Introduction

Amazingly healthy flavorful pasta dish that you can use as a side dish or an entre. Amazingly healthy flavorful pasta dish that you can use as a side dish or an entre.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 1 340gram bag of Catelli Healthy Harvest yolk free egg noodles.
    -1 10oz top surloin steak
    -3 cups beef broth
    -1.5 cups light sour cream
    -1/4 flour and 2 tbsp water
    -pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

-Boil pasta to desired tenderness
-Heat skillet and sear steak for 5 minutes on each side.
-Removed steak from skillet and cut into thin strips and return to pan on low heat.
-add beef broth and sour cream to beef
-mix flour and water and add to pan to thicken sauce.
-Serve right away on a fresh whole grain bread or by itself.

Could make up to 12 servings as a side dish, or 4 to 6 servings as an entre.
