Chicken Vegetable Soup w. tomatoes

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 oz. chicken breast
    3 cans Swanson's chicken broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 small zucchini (about 1 cup)
    1 small yellow squash (about 1 cup)
    1.5 cups corn
    1/2 cup peas
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1 cup carrot slices
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery power (or 1 stalk diced celery)

Directions

Makes 12 servings
Lightly brown diced chicken, add all other ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 mins.
