Peanut Butter Supreme

Introduction

Creamy succulent dessert for all you peanut butter lovers. Creamy succulent dessert for all you peanut butter lovers.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Splenda
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    dash of salt
    2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
    3 tbs creamy peanut butter
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

1. Mix Splenda, cornstarch and salt in a medium-sized saucepan; gradually add almond milk.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 2 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Pour into a bowl and cover with Saran wrap and chill for at least 2 hours preferably overnight.
(FOR A NICE ALTERNATE FLAVOR, SUBSTITUTE COCONUT EXTRACT FOR THE VANILLA EXTRACT).
