Broccoli Slaw Casserole

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Broccoli Slaw, 3 oz
    Red Onion, chopped, 1 serving
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 10 serving
    Green Pepper (Bell Pepper) Chopped, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 2 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except paprika) thoroughly. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Pour into baking dish. Garnish with paprika. Bake in preheated, 350 degree oven for 20 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Remove foil and let bake for an additional 15 minutes, reducing heat to 300. Remove from oven and serve.

Can be great as a side dish, or works well in a tortilla/wrap or stuffed into a pita pocket. Also is good filling for stuffed peppers.
