Ingredients

    1 tbs oil
    1 onion, roughly chopped
    500g extra lean minced beef
    1 tin cream style sweetcorn (415g)

Directions

1. Heat oil and gently fry onions until translucent.
2. Add beef and cook until browned, season to taste.
3. Add tin of sweetcorn and stir through until heated.
4. Can be served on toast or rice.
