Garlic Mashed potatoes

Introduction

I LOVE a lot of garlic! If you don't like garlic, just leave it out, it's still a good recipe. I LOVE a lot of garlic! If you don't like garlic, just leave it out, it's still a good recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 med to large baking potatoes washed a semi peeled.
    1 Tbs. Land O' Lakes light butter
    1 Container papa johns garlic butter sauce. (this can be left out but it's added in the calories so without this, it will be quite a bit less calories)
    3/4 c. milk 1% or to taste and texture.
    1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste (this is still good without the salt)
    1 Tbs fresh chopped chives
    1 1/2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
    1 tsp (1 or 2 cloves) fresh garlic
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

4 half cup servings.

Dice potatoes so they cook faster. Cook them on med high heat in medium size sauce pan for about 15 - 20 min or until tender.
Drain, add in butter and salt and mash with potato masher.
Add in all other ingredients and stir till blended together.
Serve hot
