Pumpkin Yogurt Take 2

Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin 12 oz can
    1 container Low fat or Fat Free Yogurt Plain. I use plain because it has no artificial sweeteners and no added sugar. 16 oz
    4 packets splenda. If you wish to use sugar you can, but it makes it much more caloric.
    2 tablespoon pumpkin seasoning.
    tablespoon pure vanilla extract.

Directions

Put all ingredients except for the yogurt into a large bowl. Mix together well. Gently fold yogurt into pumpkin mixture.
