This is a simple soup of white cannelini beans, egg noodle pasta, canned corn, cannded petit diced tomatoes, and chicken stock or broth. This is a simple soup of white cannelini beans, egg noodle pasta, canned corn, cannded petit diced tomatoes, and chicken stock or broth.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups chicken broth or stock
    2 cups egg noodles
    1 can white kidney beans
    1 can sweet corn
    1/2 can diced tomatoes
    Onion powder
    Garlic powder
    Dash of cumin

Directions

Boil stock; add egg noodles to cook. When pasta is nearly done, add canned products to heat.

Makes about 4-6 servings.
