Squash Casserole

Ingredients

    2 lb yellow squash
    1 cup grated carrots
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 (14.5 ox) can chicken broth
    1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp Mayonaise
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350
cut squash into 1/2 inch rounds
Cook squash and next 3 items, in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring often. 25 minutesor till tender...
Drain well, Pat squash with paper towels till dry.
2) Stir together Mushroom soup and next 3 items in a bowl, until well mixed. Stir in squash mixture till well blended.
3) Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish.
Sprinkle with crushed Corn Flakes.
4) Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly
