IntroductionFor pizza, bread sticks, French loaf, etc. For pizza, bread sticks, French loaf, etc.
4-1/4 c white whole wheat flour
1-1/2 c water
1 T active dry yeast
2 T Splenda
For pizza: Roll out into circles. Top crust with sauce and cheese and place on baking stone in 550 degree oven for 8 minutes. - 16 servings, two 13" to 15" crust, 8 slices each
For French loaves: Roll out into 8 x 12 rectangles and roll up starting from a long end. Roll slightly under palms to taper the ends. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and dusted lightly with cornmeal. Cover and let rise another 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes
For bread sticks: Roll into 8 x 8 rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 8 strips 8 inches by 1 inches each. Place on cornmeal dusted pan. Brush tops with egg white and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until brown.
