Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    1 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1 cup quick cook steel cut oats

Directions

place ingredients in blender and blend well
(for those who have a sweet tooth add honey to taste)
pour on hot oiled skillet to make 4" pancakes
flip when brown on one side (bubbles on top)
remove when done
makes nine 4" pancakes
