Introduction

Ingredients

    1 block silken tofu, cubed
    1 tbsp scallions, chopped
    0.5 hot chili pepper, chopped (or to taste)
    0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Divide cubed tofu into 2 bowls, top each with scallions and hot chili pepper. Dress each salad with a dash sesame oil (approximately 1 teaspoon) and soy sauce (1 teaspoon). Garnish with sprouts if desired.

Makes 2 servings.
