Cooked Soba noodles (Annie Chun's) 12 oz.
Water-pack Albacore tuna 6 oz.
Cider vinegar 2 oz. or to taste
Honey 3 T. or to taste
Chipotle-Chile Mayonnaise (Market Pantry Light) 6 T.
Mix cider vinegar, honey, and chipotle-chile mayo with wisk in bowl; toss in noodles. When thoroughly mixed together, add in the tuna. Tastes even better the next day! Refrigerate promptly of course, and serve cold.
