Gloria's Chow Mein Noodle Casserole

Introduction

I've taken the original recipe of my Mom's casserole and made the dish much healthier. I've taken the original recipe of my Mom's casserole and made the dish much healthier.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey,browned
    1 10 oz.. bag frozen mixed vegetable
    2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup chow mein noodles

Directions

In skillet, brown ground turkey. In baking dish, add turkey, mixed vegetables, and soup. Mix well. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake in 350 degree for 45 minutes.
