Peanut Butter Balls with PB2 instead of reg peanut butter

    1/2 cup PB2 (6 T of dry powder mixed with water to pb consistency)
    3/4 cup Wheat Germ
    1/2 Cup Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey
    3/4 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
    1/4 cup Coconut


Mix all ingrediants EXCEPT coconut, together thoroughly.

Using 1 tsp measuring spoon make into small balls and roll into coconut. Store in refrigerator or freezer. A little time consuming to roll each teaspoon, but worth it.

If you make small balls with teaspoon, you should get approx. 45-50 candie balls.
