Fruit and Fresh Spinach salad with Chicken

Ingredients

    2 cups raw baby spinach leaves
    1 Mango, diced
    1 Avocado, diced
    1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless), cooked, diced
    2 tablespoons Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette

Directions

Makes 1 serving
Cook the chicken breast on a Foreman grill (about 6 minutes), divide in half and dice. Peel and dice Avocado and Mango. Cover a regular size dinner plate with baby spinach, top with the mango, avocado and diced chicken. Drizzle with 2 Tablespoons of Raspberry Vinaigrette.
