Ingredients

    Grate one cup of raw fresh beet. Add to one cup of grated raw jicama. Add vinegar, ginger, honey and fennel seeds. Toss together.

  • I julienned both the beet & jicama, & used fresh-pressed ginger juice, agave, & low-sodium soy sauce toi coat plus a big handful of chopped cilantro. It was awesome!! I can feel my body getting happier w/ every bite! :D - 1/12/09
