Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Hummous

Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)- 1 (15oz) can-drained and rinsed very well
    Lemon Juice, juice from one entire lemon (no seeds)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    *Roasted Red Peppers, 2 oz
    Greek Yogurt, Plain, 2 oz

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
