Turkey Bacon - 3 Slices
Turkey Sausage - 1 oz
Large Eggs - 1
Large Egg Whites - 2
Red & Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 Cup Chopped
Lite Syrup - .125 Cup
100% Wheat Bread - 4 Slices
Bake bacon & sausage until done. Cut into pieces.
Chop bell peppers up into small pieces.
Combine eggs & egg whites, and syrup - Mix. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients in skillet & scramble. Toast bread, and plate.
