2 cups skim milk
2 packages sugar free butterscotch pudding
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or add your spices
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 carton lite cool whip
2 sheets low fat graham crackers
2 Tbsp country crock margarine
2 tbsp Splenda (may be left out or use sugar)
Mix the milk, pudding mix, pumpkin, spices and whipped topping with electric mixer on low. Or fold in the whipped topping after mixing other ingredients.
Put in pie plates. Makes two pies

Thank you for the comment. I went in this morning and made it a little more simple, hoping it would be of help to those that do not have access to all the products in the recipe.
