1 lg. head of cauliflower
trimmed and cut into florets apx 6-7 cups
1 garlic clove peeled and sliced
1 cup chicken broth
.5 tsp garam masala ( or 1 tsp)
.5 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
.25 tsp seasalt( optional)
cut cauliflower into small florets, cook in chicken broth together with garlic and oregano until tender. Drain and reserve broth, put cauliflowerand garam masala in blender or food-processor,add oil and the broth 1 tbsp at a time ,puree until smooth. Season with sea salt and pepper if needed.
