Homemade Pancakes

Introduction

These are not as rich as buttermilk pancakes, but very good These are not as rich as buttermilk pancakes, but very good
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 T, sugar
    1 1/2 T.baking powder
    1 t. salt
    2 c. 1% milk
    2 eggs
    3 T. canola oil

Directions

mix dry ingredients together in med. bowl. Mix milk, eggs & oil together in small bowl, whisking to combine. Add to dry ingredients. Measure about 1/4 c. onto a griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles start to break, then turn over. Makes about 12
